Half-Day Tour (3–4 Hours)
Perfect for those who want an exciting off-road adventure but don’t have a full day to spare. This tour offers incredible driving challenges, breathtaking views, and expert guidance.
Check-In & Orientation (30 Minutes)
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure for check-in.
- Meet your guide, review vehicle operation and safety procedures, and discuss the day’s trail plan.
Half-Day Off-Roading Adventure (3–3.5 Hours Driving Time)
Your guide will lead you through one of Moab’s thrilling half-day trails based on your skill level and preference. Choose from:
- Hell’s Revenge – Moab’s most famous trail, featuring steep climbs, heart-pounding descents, and iconic obstacles like the “Hot Tubs” and “Escalator.”
- Fins and Things – A fun, rollercoaster-style slickrock trail with sandy washes, technical climbs, and incredible views.
- Seven Mile Rim – A scenic mix of slickrock, sandy sections, and unique rock formations, including views of the Monitor and Merrimac Buttes.
- Monitor and Merrimac – A beautiful, moderate trail featuring open desert terrain and stunning views of towering rock formations.

For those seeking a full-day adventure, this option allows you to fully immerse yourself in Moab’s rugged terrain by tackling an advanced, all-day trail from start to finish.

Full-Day Off-Roading Adventure (6–7 Hours Driving Time)
For a full-day experience, you will tackle one of Moab’s legendary, all-day trails, which require more time due to their length and technical difficulty. Choose from:
- Poison Spider – A challenging mix of slickrock climbs, ledges, and breathtaking overlooks of the Colorado River.
- Steel Bender – A rugged trail with creek crossings, rocky ledges, and remote technical terrain.
- Top of the World – A rewarding climb leading to one of Moab’s most breathtaking panoramic overlooks.
- Other Badge of Honor Trails – Additional Jeep Badge of Honor trails are available upon request, including Cliffhanger and Behind the Rocks for those seeking extreme off-roading challenges.
Note: Some of these trails require prior off-road experience or a previous trip with Outlaw Adventure Tours. These advanced routes are reserved for return customers who have demonstrated their skill and familiarity with Moab’s challenging terrain.
Lunch Break on the Trail
- Midway through the trail, stop at a scenic overlook to enjoy a packed lunch (not included) while soaking in the breathtaking desert views.
Return to Base
After a full day of adventure, adrenaline, and epic off-roading, return to town with unforgettable memories of conquering one of Moab’s toughest trails.
Note: For full-day tours, you will only complete one trail (Poison Spider, Steel Bender, Top of the World, or other Badge of Honor trails) due to the technical difficulty and length of each route. Your guide will ensure the experience is tailored to your skill level and adventure goals!

Outlaw Adventure Tours does not have a shuttle service but Moab offers a free transit service. Moab Area Transit (MAT) is a fare-free, transit service. Service runs on a schedule with pre-determined routes and stops or on-demand, door-to-door service. Download the MAT App on your phone to schedule rides or call them at 833-628-3733. To learn more visit Moab City website. If you need shuttle service from the airport or surrounding area we recommend calling Moab Express or booking on their website.
We are in the desert and we are setting out for adventure. We recommend bringing a hat, sunglasses, a jacket, a camera or your cell phone. We do require closed toe shoes for all riders that are attached to your feet. It is always a good idea to dress in layers while visiting the high desert. Our morning tours and sunset tours can fluctuate in temperature especially during our spring and fall seasons. We do provide water during your tour, feel free to bring any other snacks or non alcoholic beverages that you would like.
We are located at 78 W 100 N in Moab, UT. We have plenty of public parking in front of our business. If you are traveling in an RV or have a trailer we recommend parking on 100 W, just one block over from us and within walking distance.
Your confirmation email will include all of the important information you need for your trip. You should arrive 20 min before your scheduled departure time. This will give you time to check-in, use the restroom, maybe play a game of foosball or try out the trust fall chair in the office. Your confirmation email also includes a link for your waiver, filling the waiver out before your arrival will ensure the smoothest check in possible. Don’t worry, if you don’t have time to do the waivers before you arrive, we can do them when you get here.
The You Drive UTV tours can accommodate up to 4 adults in one vehicle. There is a minimum charge for 2 people per vehicle. If you would like to split your group into multiple vehicles that can be accommodated. The Ride Along Jeep tours can have up to 3 adults in each jeep. We do have one jeep that has been specially modified to accommodate up to 5 passengers as long as 2 of them are smaller children. There are exceptions to this under certain situations. Please call with any questions you may have. The You Drive Jeep tour can have up to 4 adults or 5 people total with a combination of adults and children.
